Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Day/Eve rotations with every other weekend required; expect some shifts from 11a-11p as needed
• Night shift available (straight nights)

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 years of recent experience as a respiratory therapist in an acute care environment, with strong ventilator management
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy
• Competency in drawing arterial blood gases
• Valid CRT or RRT credential from NBRC
• Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
• Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care within a multidisciplinary team across multiple hospital units including ICU and Med/Surg floors
• Operate and manage PB980 and Hamilton T1 transport ventilators
• Conduct assessments, draw ABGs, and ensure appropriate ventilator settings
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
