Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - Lynn, Massachusetts

Professionals in this role will significantly advance their knowledge by collaborating with esteemed clinical teams in a Level 1 trauma setting. Schedule:

• 12-hour PM shifts, 36 hours per week
• Nights with every other weekend and holiday coverage

Desired Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• Massachusetts Respiratory Care license required
• Current BLS certification; NPS and/or ACCS preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma facility
• Recent MICU and SICU experience essential
• Strong familiarity with lung protective ventilation strategies
• Comfortable participating in Code Blue team responses
• Ability to make ventilator adjustments based on patient assessment and lab results
• EPIC charting experience required
• Preferred: Experience in Level III NICU and with Drager XL/v500 ventilators

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level respiratory care in critical and intensive environments
• Assess patient status and adapt ventilator management accordingly
• Participate actively in Code Blue situations and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure thorough documentation using EPIC
• Work closely with clinical leaders and adapt to evolving protocols
