Tavelli Co., Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Patient Account Representative to join our winning team. We are looking for a high-energy individual with a positive attitude that is hardworking, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent multitasker.

This position will be in-office at our Santa Rosa Location.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with First-Party Receivables Manager
• Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to assist our clients’ patients in resolving their account balances
• Review information on patient accounts by accessing various screens and accurately updating account information as needed
• Locate and update patient information when needed
• Manage a large queue of patient accounts effectively and efficiently

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 1-2 years of experience in medical insurance, medical billing, or receivables highly preferred, but not required
• Computer experience: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Must be capable of working independently and with a team
• Meet and exceed individual monthly goals
