Job Description

Envoy Air is looking for a team member committed to providing outstanding service. Responsibilities include providing quality service, generating quality improvement ideas, evaluating team performance, meeting profitability and cost control goals, ensuring compliance with operations, coaching and counseling personnel, conducting performance reviews, running an effective operation, and coordinating the operation.

Qualifications

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, a valid state driver's license, willingness to work rotating shifts, legal right to work in the United States, ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English, ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand Spanish preferred, previous experience in airport operations preferred, Sabre experience preferred, ability to lead and motivate employees, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, leadership skills, initiative and judgment, strong administrative and analytical abilities, ability to work in a team environment, ability to prioritize work and projects to meet deadlines and objectives, ability to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.

Salary range: $75,000 - $86,000
