Foot and Ankle Sales Representative-Huntsville, AL
Stryker
Stryker seeks a field-based Foot & Ankle Sales Representative in Huntsville to promote surgical products to healthcare professionals and surgeons. The role combines direct sales, product expertise, and operating room consultation with a 30% travel requirement.
Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products aligned with customer clinical needs
- Develop deep product expertise and competitor knowledge to advise surgeons
- Manage and maintain product inventory for immediate customer availability
- Provide product training and demonstrations during operating room consultations
- Attend sales meetings and professional association events as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
- 3+ years sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales control systems
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
- Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals
- Compliance with regulatory standards and ethical business practices
Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
