This position will manage the strategic initiative from project management and content development to end-user delivery. They will work across the department to create innovative educational content using sound instructional design methodologies and effective project management skills to increase the success of the production and customer care organization.What are the primary responsibilities?Enhance our existing curriculum of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses and online programs, learning aids and/or other programs as neededWrite effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts and video scriptsKnow how to connect with the audienceBrainstorm creative and innovative instructional design strategiesLead project meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, and manage project plans in accordance with the National Production teams' budgets and timelines Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts to create impactful training contentResearch and identify ways to foster a collaborative training environment and grow the Production and Customer Care teams' learning presenceRecommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to achieve increased adoption of the materialContinuously analyze courses to ensure they meet Toll Brothers brand standards, achieve positive reviews, and elicit behavior changesRemain aware of all emerging instructional technologies and make recommendations about when to adoptConduct training-the-trainer classes for trainers/Production leaders to deliver consistent high-level trainingThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
