Overview Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Hilo, Hawaii, US. Start date: 06/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,013–$2,136 per week. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor responses and elevate concerns to the physician/NP. Manage admissions and discharges; communicate pertinent information to the care team. Provide activities of daily living (ADL) support and assist with patient mobility and comfort. Deliver specialized care as assigned, including gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized therapy, wound VAC care, CPAP care, and tracheostomy care. Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and continuity of care. Requirements Active Hawaii registered nurse license; Hawaii license must be active by start date. If not currently licensed in Hawaii, must apply upon acceptance of offer and obtain licensure by start. Ability to work in a hospital-campus-based long-term care unit; capable of managing complex care needs. Availability for varied 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays; flexibility required.
