TikTok Shop Growth Manager

The TikTok Shop Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall performance of the TikTok Shop channel. This role owns the development and execution of growth strategies, including product assortment, promotional campaigns, content optimization, livestream initiatives, and performance analysis to maximize sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own TikTok Shop growth strategy and execution to achieve revenue and GMV targets.
• Analyze TikTok Shop performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization strategies.
• Manage product launches, promotions, pricing strategies, and merchandising efforts.
• Partner with content, marketing, creators, and livestream teams to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and TikTok Shop best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Develop reporting dashboards and provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and channel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce, marketplace, or social commerce channels, with TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem, including product ranking, content commerce, livestream selling, affiliate marketing, and promotions.
• Experience analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and performance metrics to make strategic decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, operations, and sales teams.
