Shift Leader

Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Leader Position We are looking for a Shift Leader to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders empower the team, set morale and tone, coach members as needed, and open and close the store with little supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers career growth; many General Managers began as Shift Leaders. Day in the Life Collaborate directly with the General Manager. Motivate the team, provide feedback and coaching, and manage store operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends Must pass background check per local, state, and federal law Must obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy Location 900 Duluth Hwy Ste 500, Lawrenceville, GA 30043.
