RecruiterA professional services consulting firm in Washington, DC is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, build out candidate pipelines, and guide the hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding. The ideal candidate brings strong instincts for evaluating talent, works well under pressure, and can juggle multiple requisitions without losing momentum.Key responsibilities include:Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fitFacilitate post-interview debriefs with hiring managers and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the selection processBuild and sustain robust candidate networks and talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needsOwn end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and departments within the organizationLeverage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage requisitions and provide ongoing support and guidance to hiring managersOversee all stages of the candidate experience, including screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordinationQualifications include:3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced or matrixed organizationAt least 1 year of high-volume recruitment experienceWorking knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment best practicesProficiency with ATS platforms, Microsoft Excel, and OutlookStrong organizational skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build relationships at all levelsComfortable managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a pressured environmentBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredThis is a fully onsite contract position in Washington, DC, anticipated to run 4–6 months.
