• 7on 7off 7am-4pm with variable weekend coverage
• 10-15 patients per day
• 70% OR responsibilities and 30% rounding
• Bedside procedures: lines, chest tube removal, pacing wires, IABPs
• 1/6 rounding and 24-hour beeper OR call
• Flexible team accommodates candidate schedule preferences
• Option for 100% OR only with no rounding responsibility
