This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 7a - 7p, 7 days on and 7 days off
• Total census per provider per shift: 10-12 patients
• Procedures required: To be determined
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Support: To be determined
• Certifications and licenses required: Active Wisconsin Medical License, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), ATLS Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 Days
