Creative Lead (Physical Stores)

Overview Placement Type: N/A Salary: $86.27-92 per hour W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match Start Date: ASAP As a Creative Lead (Physical Stores) you’ll work closely with creative leadership, other designers, copywriters, project managers, cross‑functional team members and external vendors to concept and execute high‑visibility, high‑profile product launch and commerce experiences for Retail Campaigns and innovative solutions for demoing product in store. You will provide leadership, mentorship, a creative culture and direction to implement world‑class creativity. Working closely with large cross‑functional team members to ensure that the solution is right for the customer, the brand and the business. Minimum Role Qualification and Requirements 10 years of experience in brand design, art direction, or creative direction, with a focus on retail experiences. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in setting creative direction for photography, motion/video, and renderings for major brands. Responsibilities Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance high‑concept artistic design with commercial reality, foot‑traffic analytics, and conversion goals. Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the tools of the trade (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Figma) to effectively critique and guide technical designers. Communication & Influence: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to "sell" creative concepts to executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders. Additional Skills Required Resilient & Agile: Comfortable navigating fast‑paced retail environments with shifting deadlines and evolving priorities. Empathy‑Driven Leader: Passionate about mentoring junior talent, fostering an inclusive creative culture, and championing diverse perspectives. Detail‑Obsessed: An eye for the tiniest details—from typographic alignment on a shelf to the seam of a custom‑fabricated display.
