HR Advisor

Donaldson is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to support approximately 470 employees at our Frankfort, IN manufacturing facility. The role includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and cross‑functional HR support. Responsibilities Recruit and complete the life‑cycle of production candidates through onboarding and orientation. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and serve as employee engagement champion. Support the use of HRIS system(s); experience with Workday is a plus. Provide employee relations support, attendance and corrective actions. Manage personnel records, job evaluations, payroll, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Act as liaison between departments, line and staff management, compensation and benefits, legal counsel, and outside service providers. Maintain cross‑functional relationships to improve site‑specific HR performance and deliver on‑time results. Serve as a change leader, guiding employees, supervisors, and managers to solve work‑related problems. Participate in regulatory changes and support leadership in promoting organizational goals. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of human resources experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to completion. Ability to influence others and work effectively in a team toward common goals. Flexibility and agility in a changing environment; willingness to continue learning and sharing knowledge. Bilingual in Spanish. Benefits & Additional Information Eligible for relocation assistance.
