Your Role at Sephora: Ready for a career glow up? As Senior Marketing Manager, Mobile, you’ll shape the next phase of Sephora’s mobile messaging strategy across SMS, RCS, and App Push. The work you do will impact beauty, as you translate enterprise priorities into a scalable mobile roadmap that improves the client experience, deepens retention, and drives measurable business impact. What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end campaign management for mobile personalization, lifecycle, trigger/transactional, SMS channel strategy, merchandising, and experimentation programs.
• Own, evolve, and independently drive a multi-year roadmap for mobile capabilities, personalization, targeting, automation, and emerging channel evolution.
• Identify, size, and prioritize strategic opportunities across the mobile ecosystem, balancing client value, business impact, channel health, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with the Director to develop executive-ready narratives and recommendations that communicate mobile strategy, performance, and roadmap progress.
• Lead and enable the team in delivering a portfolio of high-impact mobile programs by setting clear direction and prioritization guardrails.
• Lead change management for new mobile capabilities, personalization approaches, and ways of working.
• Own the channel-wide testing and learning agenda, including test prioritization, measurement discipline, and insight sharing.
• Act as a mobile and retention thought leader, maintaining a strong external pulse on industry trends, emerging messaging capabilities, and privacy considerations.
• Partner closely with Retention Technical Operations to ensure mobile platform capabilities and QA standards support the broader mobile strategy.
• Provide strategic oversight of campaign execution in partnership with Retention Marketing Operations to ensure flawless delivery at scale.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience owning strategic roadmaps or complex cross-functional initiatives from vision through prioritization, execution, and optimization (2+ years).
• People management experience, including coaching, prioritizing work, and developing direct reports in a fast-paced environment (2+ years).
• Experience in mobile messaging, app push, SMS/RCS, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and digital marketing (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of retention marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, testing, automation, and lifecycle strategy (4+ years).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong business acumen regarding how retention marketing and mobile messaging drive sales, engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, prioritize across a broad portfolio, and align cross-functional partners around clear tradeoffs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). #LI-AZ1

What You’ll Get: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,985.00 - $174,325.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
