About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include: Delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress Supporting parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA Communicating professionally with families and the clinical team Responsibilities As an RBT with Budding Futures, you will: Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress Qualifications We are seeking candidates who: Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided) Have experience working with children Possess reliable transportation Join Our Team At Budding Futures, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification (salary to be determined) Paid training PTO Full-time and part-time positions available #J-18808-Ljbffr Budding Futures
