About The Opportunity Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on a diverse caseload involving civil litigation, bankruptcy, and transactional matters while collaborating with an experienced legal team. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, possess strong legal research and writing skills, and be comfortable managing matters in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Handle a broad range of civil litigation, bankruptcy, and transactional matters. Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents. Develop case strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings, as required. Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and legal procedures. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver effective legal solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional legal service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Bar admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Experience handling civil litigation, bankruptcy, and transactional matters. Strong legal research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw. Excellent legal drafting, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
