Job TitleLoad and Unload Parts on Paint LineEssential Functions:Including the following (other duties may be documented and assigned by management and some duties may not apply dependent upon the requirements of the position at each specific Tarter site and/or the strengths of the employee and the needs of the company):1. Load and unload parts onto ecoat and powder lines2. Ability to work as part of a team at a fast pace in the industrial environment3. Capable of identifying defects on material while assembling products correctly4. Maintain adequate materials available for the continued process5. Knowledge of the 5S system.6. Maintain work area in accordance with 5S system7. Report any abnormalities to the paint line supervisor8. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs continuously throughout the dayKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Knowledge, skills & abilities: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Effective interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. This position performs job duties in an ethical and professional manner.
