Een mooie combinatie!*** **Locatie:** Berchem**Je functie**Als Sales Support ze je jouw administratieve vaardigheden in. Je hebt een proactieve houding en werkt in een dynamische omgeving. In deze functie ondersteun je zowel onze klanten als interne teams en zorg je voor een soepele afhandeling van vragen, klachten en orderverwerking. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het verkoopproces en draagt bij aan een uitstekende klantbeleving.**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden*** **Klantenservice & probleemoplossing**: Je registreert en behandelt klantvragen en klachten met betrekking tot bestellingen, retourzendingen en omwisselingen. Indien nodig escaleren en de klant informeren over de voortgang.* **Orderverwerking & opvolging**: Je verwerkt en controleert bestellingen in SAP en Metamaze en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling. Daarnaast volg je orders op en communiceer je hierover proactief met de klant.* **Informatievoorziening**: Je verstrekt product- en service-informatie, zoals technische fiches, levertermijnen en certificaten. Je verwijst klanten door naar de juiste interne afdelingen indien nodig.* **Samenwerking & optimalisatie**: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van werkprocessen.* **HSEQ & compliance**: Je draagt bij aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving door het naleven van procedures en het signaleren van verbeterpunten.**Samen zijn we onverslaanbaar**Een afwisselende en inspirerende baan in een team bij een innovatieve multinational met een informele sfeer.
