Director of Emergency Services

Pay Range: $150,000 - $184,745 (based on years of experience) We are seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to lead the operations of a high-volume Emergency Department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, staffing, quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and patient experience while ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the Emergency Department. Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and departmental performance. Improve patient flow, throughput, and satisfaction. Develop and mentor nursing leaders and clinical teams. Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to enhance emergency services. Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. Support strategic growth and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of Emergency Services experience . Minimum 3 years of acute care leadership experience . Strong background in quality, operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
