$63k - $68kJamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation
About JPNDC The Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC) is a grassroots community development corporation anchored in 48 years of community organizing and resident leadership. We seek to help transform the lives and amplify the voices of Boston residents who have been excluded from prosperity by an inequitable economic system. We build affordable housing that allows people to thrive, provide economic prosperity services that help people build on their strengths, and organize people to pursue the changes they desire. Based in Jamaica Plain, we envision an equitable and inclusive Boston in which all people have access to secure housing, economic prosperity for their families, safe and vibrant childcare, and neighborhoods with strong community relationships, political power, and opportunities to fulfill their potential. What We Offer JPNDC offers an extensive benefits package. Up to 90% of individual insurance premiums for health, vision, and dental insurance are paid by the employer. Employees receive 2 weeks of vacation plus one week at the end of the year, 14 holidays per year, employer‑paid life & disability insurance, a vested 403(b) retirement plan, and CEU credit or comparable training in areas such as DEI, economic and workforce development, early childhood education, and affordable housing and real estate finance. The Role The Case Manager will join the Economic Prosperity Services (EPS) team and report directly to the Senior Case Manager. The EPS case management team provides intensive support to residents of JPNDC affordable housing properties as part of the RAMWP program, including individual case management meetings, coordination with the property management team, and community events at the properties. The CM also supports the EPS Family Mobility Services team by offering short‑team case management assistance to individuals in the greater Boston community. This is a full‑time role with a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends, and frequent site visits. The Case Manager role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive impact on the community by supporting and stabilizing individuals facing challenging circumstances.
