This position's primary responsibility is to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere while conducting all business ventures.What you'll do:Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly, whether it is a prospect call, irate resident, service request, etc.Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, professionally, presents community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefitsPrepares and qualifies applicants for Compliance approvalAssists in developing market strategies and markets property as directedCorrectly completes all lease applications, assists with application verification and notifies prospective residents of resultsMaintains and monitors affordable waiting lists according to policyPerform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisorWhat you'll need:HUD/Tax Credit/Affordable Housing Certifications preferredFair Housing and Section 504/ADA certification desired, or willing to obtain once hiredWord Processing software experience required. Spreadsheet software, property management software, Internet experience desirableCapable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks/responsibilities and working under pressure to meet deadlinesCompensation is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on background and experience, and includes our comprehensive benefits package
