Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our operating room team. The ideal candidate will have an active Colorado Certified Surgical Tech (CST) License with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and possess a strong background in various surgical specialties.

This full-time position will involve working in a Level III trauma center, featuring state-of-the-art surgical suites and a variety of surgical procedures, including:

• Robotic Surgeries (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci)
• General Surgery
• Ophthalmology
• Orthopedics
• Neurosurgery
• Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery
• Plastic Surgery
• Urology
• Trauma Surgery

The position requires working four 10-hour shifts per week, with a rotating call schedule. Holiday coverage will also be required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program.
• Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), Association of Surgical Technologists (AST), or NCCT.
• Active Colorado Surgical Tech License (CST) with DORA is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
