Physician Practice Coordinator

We Are Hiring Location: Zionsville, IN Facility: Ascension Medical Group Clinic Department: Family and Pediatrics Medicine Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm What You Will Do Lead the front-of-house team by providing daily guidance and mentorship to patient coordinators, ensuring our service standards are consistently met. Orchestrate the daily patient flow by managing staff assignments and troubleshooting scheduling hurdles to keep the waiting room running smoothly. Master the clinical intake process by serving as the expert liaison for complex insurance authorizations and registration issues, ensuring no patient's care is delayed by paperwork. Support operational excellence by coordinating with physicians and clinical staff to align the front desk’s activities with the day’s medical priorities. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
