Patient Care Representative

$18 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Patient Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through every step of the process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Communicate directly with patients to explain the process and next steps
Collect and verify insurance information
Coordinate with physicians and insurance providers to obtain required documentation
Track orders and ensure timely approvals and fulfillment
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Respond to patient and provider questions via phone, email, and fax
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling administrative tasks and documentation
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
Interest in healthcare or medical device industry

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in customer service or healthcare
Exposure to insurance verification or medical terminology
