About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend Charge Nurse (LVN/RN) to join our team at Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. As a Weekend Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, providing high-quality patient care, and ensuring a warm and caring environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, including managing staffing, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Monitor and report patient progress, including documenting patient data and communicating with physicians and family members
Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, medication records, and patient data
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and services
