Regional Sales Manager - Western Region

The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Western region; AZ, NV, CA, WA, and UT. This role provides leadership responsibility for a team of outside sales representatives across key industrial and distribution markets, with direct impact on regional performance, team development, and execution. This role has direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing a team of outside sales representatives while driving growth across a multi-state territory. This is a field‑oriented leadership role. While posted in California, the role manages a multi‑state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.
