Job Description

A leading packaging manufacturer in Bardstown is expanding its team and hiring dependable, motivated individuals for several production and manufacturing positions. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced production environment, we have a variety of opportunities available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!

Current Opportunities Include :

• Packaging Associates – Inspect, sort, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Machine Operator Assistants – Assist machine operators with loading materials, monitoring production, and keeping equipment running efficiently
• Material Handlers – Move, organize, and stage raw materials and finished products throughout the production facility
• Quality Inspection Technicians – Inspect products for defects, verify quality standards, and document inspection results
• Press Helpers  – Support printing press operations, prepare materials, assist with equipment setup, and maintain production flow

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing, packaging, and production operations
• Load, unload, inspect, sort, and package materials and finished products
• Support machine operators and production teams to meet daily goals
• Perform visual quality inspections and report product defects
• Transport materials and maintain organized work areas
• Follow safety procedures, production guidelines, and quality standards
• Complete basic production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED preferred; requirements may vary by position
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred; experience requirements vary by role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on position
• Basic computer and data entry skills may be required for certain roles
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks
