We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Primary Care Physician to join our growing team in Alabama. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to senior and Medicare Advantage patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver evidence-based treatment plans Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams Interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing Complete EMR documentation within 48 hours Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants when appropriate Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications Required MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Geriatrics Active Alabama Medical License (or willingness to obtain) BLS/ACLS Certification (as required) The ideal physician is someone who: Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients Is passionate about caring for older adults Values quality over volume Believes in preventive medicine and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations Works collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and care coordinators Is comfortable utilizing quality metrics and performance dashboards to improve patient outcomes Has a patient-first, compassionate approach to care Three or more years of outpatient primary care experience Experience treating Medicare Advantage populations Strong management of chronic diseases
