Unique pay model Health Insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Fun, relaxed clinic vibe Furnished, modern office spaces A values‑driven culture of creativity, humor, compassion, and authenticity What You’ll Do Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation Maintain a caseload of at least 25 session hours per week (for full-time) Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Qualifications Master's degree in a behavioral health field Active clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation Comfortable with diverse client populations Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards Experience with EHR systems and computer systems (Valant is a plus) Additional Info Ellie Mental Health - Space Coast is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
