Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments for new clients, identifying their needs and crafting individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) guidelines to inform the diagnostic process and set treatment goals.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Stay informed about current developments in mental health to ensure integration of the best practices within your approach.

• Engage in continuous evaluation and follow-up with clients to assess their progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Document clinical notes accurately and timely, using our telehealth platform to maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights into the impact of mental health on interpersonal relationships and overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
