Employment Type Part-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation License: Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist license issued by the MA Board of Registration of Dentistry. Certifications: Current Radiology Certification. Certifications: Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification. Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with children across all age groups with patience and warmth. Skills: Exceptional Teamwork and communication skills. Attributes: Punctuality, reliability, and a consistently professional demeanor. Job Description Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride applications, and sealant placement. Conduct oral health assessments, including charting, medical history reviews, and periodontal screenings. Capture necessary diagnostic radiographs (e.g., periapical x-ray) with precision and care. Provide engaging, age-appropriate oral hygiene education and nutritional counseling to children and their parents/guardians. Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records. Collaborate effectively with the entire dental team to ensure streamlined patient flow and exceptional continuity of care. Strictly adhere to current health and safety protocols, including OSHA and infection control standards.
