Commercial Lines Account Manager

Vallejo Insurance is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our commercial lines team. This position combines commercial account management responsibilities with opportunities to grow your income through new business sales. You will work with an established team to support commercial clients, manage their insurance needs, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to provide additional coverage and services. What You’ll Do Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, coverage questions, and account needs Review accounts and identify opportunities for additional coverage Generate and close new commercial insurance business Work closely with carriers, brokers, and members of the Vallejo Insurance team Provide responsive, professional service throughout the policy lifecycle Compensation and Incentives In addition to your regular compensation, you will have opportunities to increase your earnings through: Monthly incentive pay for new business 50% of broker fees earned on new and renewal business Two company bonuses each year Join an established agency with more than 60 years of experience Work with a supportive and experienced insurance team Build lasting relationships with local businesses Earn additional income through sales and broker-fee incentives Enjoy an early start to your weekend-we close at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays Use the quieter Friday afternoon to wrap up your work and prepare for the week ahead We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, client-focused, and comfortable balancing account management with business development.
