Senior Consultant

IQVIA seeks a Senior Consultant for its Analytic Services team to design and execute analytics, provide business consulting, and synthesize complex healthcare data into strategic recommendations. The role involves independent project management, client presentations, and coaching of junior consultants across multiple engagements.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute analytics using IQVIA data sources to inform strategic client recommendations
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses independently and present findings to clients
- Manage complex projects and work streams with clear timelines and on-budget delivery
- Coach and support consultants across multiple concurrent projects
- Develop client presentations and actively participate in client meetings and discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 6–8 years of healthcare analytics experience
- Hands-on experience with patient-level analytics and IQVIA or similar data platforms
- Technical proficiency in Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Tableau, or VBA
- Strong project management skills with consistent delivery of quality outcomes
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with complex datasets
- Strong business acumen in sales, marketing, and US healthcare market dynamics
Compensation: $95,700–$239,200 base salary
