Sr. Systems Engineer - Test Director

Location Tucson, Arizona, United States Position Overview Test Director – Systems Engineering and Test Center, Effectors. Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle for U.S. government contracts, including test procedure development, integration, verification, and field qualification. Requires U.S. citizenship and interim Secret security clearance. Responsibilities Develop and execute test events culminating in multiple flight test demonstrations. Perform comprehensive planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of testing activities. Conduct integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure system performance meets specifications. Create documentation for formal test reviews, including TRR, CTS, and ESRB. Act as liaison among test execution team, customer representatives, and program leads. Travel up to 10% for field test execution as required. Qualifications Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years relevant experience. Experience with systems integration, test planning, and test execution. Experience with test-related reviews such as CTS, TRR, and ESRB. Must be able to obtain an interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Coyote flight test operations or other rapid development programs. Experience collecting, analyzing test data, diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Experience with telemetry data analysis tools and missile systems host platforms. Certification in explosives handling for 1.1 products. Salary $86,800 – $165,200 USD (est.)
