Members of the platform support team are responsible for the overall health and performance of the platform including incident and problem remediation; cloning, patching, and upgrades; application development in support of user task automation; and tier 3 level support assistance for both the platform operations tier 1 and 2 teams as well as other implementation and development teams.Applicants should have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar course of study and are required to have achieved ServiceNow's Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Applicants will ideally also have achieved one or more Certified Implementor certifications. Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is very strongly desired.
