Join our healthcare partner's team where you'll be an integral part of a unit that specializes in providing exceptional care to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. You'll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team and have access to modern facilities and resources.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Neuro/Ortho Med-Surg unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more
• Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as required
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation
• Work weekends as part of the regular schedule
• Maintain BLS and NIHSS certifications

Requirements:

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Strong skills in managing orthopedic and neurological patient care
• Ability to handle a patient ratio of 5:1
• State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
