Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Prairie du Chien, WI 53821
Term: Contract: 6 weeks
Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm shifts available
Pay rate: $1640/ weekly gross on based up to 40 hours
Requirements:
- State LPN license.
- BLS/CPR required.
- Must be vaccinated.
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
