Pay: $41,600.00 - $46,800.00 per year Job description: BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Collaborating with Dealership CFO on Accounting functions/duties Coordinating Office Schedule with Office Manager and Part-time Secretaries Distributing incoming phone calls, in conjunction with Office Manager, to Dealership Staff. Maintaining and reconciling Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations (Accounts Receivable, Warranty Receivable, Contracts In-Transit, Cash, Accounts Payable, Work In Process, etc.) Entering New & Used Vehicles into Dealership Inventory Processing Service Repair Orders & Parts Counter Tickets (recording in General Ledger & Processing Payments) Working with Parts Department to maintain Parts Inventory Job Type: Full-time EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A.
