Director of Operations

The Director of Operations coordinates across all teams at Rosetta to ensure seamless execution of service and vision. Primary Responsibilities

1. Oversee the direction of business and ensure adhesion to the brand and long range goals to continue to drive revenue growth.
2. Guides and supports each department for optimum coordination and collaboration.
3. Keep the physical building in good working condition and compliance.
4. Ensure the business stays in compliance with all regulatory entities.

1. Sales & Marketing
   1. Understand the macro and micro issues that impact business volume.
   2. Initiate sales and marketing campaigns to support brand and revenue growth.
   3. Provide regular guidance to the event sales and marketing teams.
   4. Ensure sales and marketing teams are working collaboratively with food and beverage teams to execute campaigns.
   5. Propose and execute operational changes to drive profits.
2. Direction of work
   1. Maintain regular meetings with departments and ownership.
   2. Oversee human resource systems and processes.
   3. Audit systems and platforms to ensure good working order and team execution.
   4. Provide ongoing support & training for all management.
   5. Ensures that the quality of product and service is up to par at all times.
3. Financials
   1. Manage cash flow by forecasting for capital purchases and business operating needs.
   2. Provide all necessary information to the accounting team for tax filling and reporting.
   3. Review period end reports to identify areas for improvement for each department.
   4. Prepare quarterly financial reports for ownership and management.

4. Building Management
   1. Coordinate to ensure the building is clean and in good repair at all times.
   2. Ensures that each department has adequate supplies and equipment, using systems to prevent loss, damage and breakage.
   3. Address short term and long term maintenance issues.
   4. Ensures the ambiance of the hall is up to par at all times.
5. Compliance
   1. Provide any needed information to the accounting team for insurance and benefit compliance.
   2. Ensure required inspections happen and address any infractions.
   3. Address any employment related claims.
   4. Renew all licenses and insurance policies.

• Onsite work 40 to 50 hours per week.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Familiar with industry standard operating platforms: google suite, adobe, POS, payroll, quickbooks, meta business, etc
• Experience in multi outlet operations, food halls or hotels.
