Make a meaningful impact as a Special Education Teacher in an engaging elementary school environment, supporting students’ learning and growth. This is a full-time, onsite position spanning 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4 PM. You’ll begin as soon as possible and continue through June 10, 2027, working directly with students and collaborating with dedicated educators in a supportive setting.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated mastery of relevant subject matter and instructional skills
• Active certification or licensure required for assigned caseload
• Bachelor’s degree required; necessary for emergency teaching permit
• Prior experience in a school setting is essential
• Familiarity and comfort with urban school environments
• Proficient in classroom and behavioral management
• Ability to create and adapt lesson plans that meet state and district standards, using formative assessments and differentiation
• Must have reliable transportation
• Availability to work onsite and maintain a consistent schedule from 8:30 AM to 4 PM (schedule accommodations cannot be made)
• Completed Pennsylvania clearances (or ability to complete them prior to start)
• Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview

Responsibilities:
