Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Active certification/licensure as Special Education Teacher (or eligible for caseload)
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree (for emergency teaching permit)
• Prior experience in schools, preferably in an urban setting
• Strong classroom and behavioral management abilities
• Familiarity with state and district-aligned lesson planning and formative assessment
• Ability to secure all Pennsylvania clearances
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable adhering to a firm 8:30AM-4PM work schedule—no schedule accommodations available

Key Responsibilities
