With valuable court hearing experience, preferably dispositive motion practice, you are able to analyze complex fact patterns to applicable case and statutory law, to develop a case for litigation and trial. Demonstrated deposition experience, preferably involving the taking and defending of key fact witnesses and expert witnesses; and demonstrated experience in various modes of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. You have strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of attorneys. Applicants must be admitted to and in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
