Marketing Liaison

Objective Responsible to build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market and providing prospective patients and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance to choosing the nursing center. Job Type Full-Time Principal Responsibilities Regularly and customarily spend the majority of your time engaged in growing admissions. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the center's products, services, capabilities, and physician relations. Take an active role in the morning Kick‑Off Meeting. Meet weekly with the Administrator/department heads to discuss marketing issues. Meet regularly with nursing to discuss clinical service levels. Evaluate the center's physical environment through weekly rounds and discuss it with the Administrator. Maintain an educated understanding of all payer sources and their impact on revenue. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred. Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience targeted to physicians, hospital personnel, and case managers preferred. Proven success in personally developing referrals for a medical product from health care target markets (physicians, hospitals, and case managers). Evidence of a local referral network from which to develop referrals. Professional image in both appearance and behavior, exhibiting high self‑confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed. Must be a team player and have the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally. Experience with local community groups preferred. Presents professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech.
