Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform along with your network to source potential healthcare candidates
• Reach out to suitable candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluations
• Maintain engagement with leads to enhance their interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that occur, and successful hires from your leads

Your Compensation

This role is purely commission-based, with no limits placed on your earning potential or achievements.
