- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial discussions through to successful placements.
- Partner with Clients to grasp their recruitment needs, organizational challenges, and company culture.
- Strategically Source Candidates utilizing our exclusive CRM/ATS, massive network, and our state-of-the-art communications platform.
- Utilize Our Innovative Platform to efficiently manage candidates, maintain outreach tabs, automate follow-ups, and remain organized.
- Focus on Long-Term Permanent Placements that deliver value to clients while maximizing your commissions.
- Participate in Thought Leadership to amplify our brand and yours.
- Comprehensive Tech Access: Enjoy a seamless experience with an all-in-one platform that integrates CRM, ATS, and marketing tools, eliminating the clutter of multiple applications.
- Support to Elevate Your Brand: We assist you in developing your personal brand through creative landing pages, innovative campaigns, and attracting potential leads.
- Operational Support: Our team will handle all backend recruiting processes including contracts, credentialing, compliance, and more.

- 2-3 years of agency recruiting experience or proven success in consultative sales.
