Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial discussions through to successful placements.
• Partner with Clients to grasp their recruitment needs, organizational challenges, and company culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates utilizing our exclusive CRM/ATS, massive network, and our state-of-the-art communications platform.
• Utilize Our Innovative Platform to efficiently manage candidates, maintain outreach tabs, automate follow-ups, and remain organized.
• Focus on Long-Term Permanent Placements that deliver value to clients while maximizing your commissions.
• Participate in Thought Leadership to amplify our brand and yours.
