Responsibilities Represent the company during promotional events and community activities. Engage with prospective and existing customers in a friendly, professional manner. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support promotional initiatives designed to increase customer interest and engagement. Build positive relationships with customers and community members. Generate leads through customer interactions and outreach activities. Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities. Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand presentations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and community members. Strong relationship-building and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in public relations, sales, customer service, marketing, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
