Associate Marketing Manager

A high-growth consumer wellness brand is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns, partnerships, influencer marketing, events, and product launches. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping build a purpose-driven consumer brand. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across influencer, PR, social, experiential, and digital channels. Manage day-to-day influencer marketing initiatives, including creator partnerships, product seeding, campaign logistics, reporting, and identifying new partnership opportunities. Execute experiential marketing events and brand activations, ensuring seamless execution and strong brand representation. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing workstreams for new product launches across creative, social, and public relations. Manage campaign timelines, product sample inventory, and marketing reporting while helping improve internal marketing processes. Monitor consumer trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity to bring fresh ideas and insights to the marketing team. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects on track and ensure successful campaign execution. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in consumer, brand, or integrated marketing. Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Background working with influencer marketing, partnerships, experiential marketing, or product launches. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Creative thinker with an understanding of consumer trends and cultural insights. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through execution.
