Clinical Nurse Manager - Med Surg ICU

Under supervision of the Director, provides clinical and administrative support to staff providing direct/indirect care to patients on a specific unit/units. Responsible on a 24-hour basis for the programmatic, operational and financial management of the unit/program, quality/safety, patient experience, financial management of the assigned unit. Interviews, hires, assigns work to and evaluates work performance of employees supervised. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BSN required Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida Two (2) years of experience as an RN Critical Care experience preferred Progressive management experience preferred
