Team members come for the purpose and stay for the supportive culture and strong, community-focused teams.Build a career that goes beyond a job—it changes lives.About This Role: As an EPIC Application Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Evara Health's mission by serving as a key technology partner- supporting, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the EPIC electronic health record (EHR) and related applications.Epic Application Support & OptimizationConfigure, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and optimize assigned Epic applications and workflows while managing issues through timely resolution.Partner with clinical and operational teams to identify workflow improvements, support upgrades and enhancements, and optimize Epic functionality.Workflow & Project SupportAssess business and clinical workflows and translate requirements into effective Epic solutions, supporting implementations, upgrades, testing, go-lives, and stabilization.Coordinate with clinical, operational, IT, and vendor teams while developing requirements, test plans, workflow documentation, and project materials.Training & Change ManagementDevelop and deliver Epic training for clinical, operational, and administrative users, including onboarding and application readiness support.Create training materials, job aids, workflow guides, and other resources that promote effective adoption of Epic functionality.Data, Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate application, workflow, configuration, testing, and training documentation while supporting data validation and quality initiatives.Ensure compliance with Evara Health policies and HIPAA, State, Federal, and accreditation requirements while promoting patient safety, data integrity, and confidentiality.Stakeholder Partnership & Continuous ImprovementBuild strong relationships with providers, staff, leaders, IT teams, and vendors while communicating technical information clearly across audiences.Manage multiple priorities and identify technology improvements that enhance patient access, care coordination, staff experience, and operational efficiency.Why You'll Love Working Here:Impact: Every day, you'll make a significant impact on our patients' lives, leading efforts that go beyond healthcare to ensure community wellbeing.Growth: We support your professional development through continuous learning and opportunities to grow within Evara Health.Recognition: As part of our team, your hard work will be recognized and rewarded, contributing to your professional fulfillment and job satisfaction.Education and Experience:3–5 years of experience directly related to Epic applications and workflow supportEpic certification in various application modules preferredHigh level of computer proficiency and database management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independentlyStrong presentation, facilitation, and instructional skillsCulture & Benefits:What sets Evara Health apart is our amazing culture and team spirit.
